The following organisations are affiliated with SAGSE.
The German Australian Students Society (Australia) is the alumni network for all previous scholarship recipients. They organises social
events and activities for past and present scholarship winners, as well as activities for German scholarship recipients during their time in
Australia.
The Gesellschaft für Deutsch-AustralischenNeuseeländischen Schüleraustausch are the German sister organisation of SAGSE, performing the same
duties for the German scholarship program, as well as working closely with SAGSE to host and coordinate aspects of the Australian students'
time in Germany.
The Society for New Zealand-German Student Exchange (SNZGSE) is not a branch of Scholarships for Australian German Student Exchange (SAGSE), but is affiliated with it. Students from New Zealand travel separately to and from Germany, and their exchange is organised by SNZGSE in conjunction with GDANSA and GASS Germany. SNZGSE students join the SAGSE students for wintercamp run by GASS Germany in the first week of January, as well as Berlin Camp, organised by GDANSA at the end of their stay in Germany.
